Pine Island

From your vacation accommodation, the "Villa Paradise", you can reach the "Pine Island" via Bridge in just 15 minutes by car. The island has a tropical climate and is therefore also a great destination in winter. Lots of cool trails (Pineland Trails), plenty of nature and fishing village charm await you on Pine Island. Time still stands still here. The island is also known for tropical fruits such as lychees and mangos and miles of white sandy beaches.

Leisure & Sport

Just a few kilometers away from "Villa Paradise" there is leisure fun for the whole family. The “Sun Splash Waterpark” is a water park with lots of slides and is suitable for all ages.

Those who want even more action can play a paintball match next door in the “Tropical Breeze” or hole out in tropical style on the longest mini golf course in the world (according to the provider).

If you would like to watch American football or baseball live, you can do so at the Cape Coral Sports Complex or the Storm Football Complex.
The Cape Royal Golf Club is also very close to your vacation home.

Cape Coral Farmers Markets

All our vacation homes in Cape Coral are equipped with spacious kitchens with every comfort, even the Villa Paradise. Vacationers who like to cook for themselves can shop at one of the farmers' markets in Cape Coral. It's fun and you get everything fresh. There are several of them on different days:

• Cape Coral Farmers Market in the southwest
• Surfside Farmers Market Cape Coral in the northeast
  Alternatively, you can also reach large shopping centers and supermarkets from the vacation villa in just a few minutes by car. If you don't want to cater for yourself, there is plenty of choice of restaurants with local and international dishes.

Cape Coral a modern city

Cape Coral is located in the southwest of Florida directly on the Gulf of Mexico. The city was founded in the 1950s and is rightly known as the Venice of America. It is criss-crossed by over 650 km of artificial canals. Many of the water canals in Cape Coral have access to the Gulf of Mexico. Our vacation home “Villa Rosa & Lucia”, which is located near downtown and in the southeast of Cape Coral, has a private jetty on a canal with a connection to the Gulf of Mexico.

Cape Corel is a modern town with many luxurious villas with spacious outdoor areas, swimming pools and often their own jetty. The location of our vacation villas in Cape Coral is quiet and away from busy main roads.

Weather and beaches in Cape Coral

Cape Coral in the Sunshine State of Florida is famous for its great weather, palm and citrus trees and something is always in bloom here. The subtropical climate and the many beaches in and around Cape Coral promise beach fun all year round.
If you don't want to stay at the “Cape Coral Beach”, you can go to Lovers Key Beach or Fort Meyers Beach. Both beaches can be reached quickly and easily by car from our vacation villas. The offshore islands of Sanibel, Captiva and Pine Island are great excursion destinations and are known for their miles of white sandy beaches.

Our holiday villas ins Cape Coral offers Florida tourists the ideal starting point for excursions to many nature and theme parks, attractions, Miami, the Everglades and many other great things to do.

Nature, culture, beaches, relaxation, fun, adventure and sport. Everything is possible in and around Cape Coral.

Fort Meyers is practically next door, Orlando and Disneyworld, Miami and Fort Lauderdale are just 250 km away. You can also reach the Everglades in less than 1.5 hours.

Fort Meyers next to Cape Corel

The coastal town of Fort Myers is known for its famous avenues of palm trees and the beautifully restored turn-of-the-century business district. On Mac Gregor Boulevard in Fort Myers, you can visit the winter home of American inventor Edison, fully furnished as it was during his lifetime, complete with laboratory and botanical garden.

Spectacular water, light and music shows (indoor and outdoor) attract visitors to Waltzing Waters, south of Fort Myers. Homosassa Springs Nature World, near the Gulf of Mexico, offers visitors the opportunity to see 10,000 fish and marine mammals up close below sea level.
